**What you will do**:

- Building relationships with internal clients, supporting them with their hiring needs and educating them on the recruiting process
- Taking ownership of other activities and ad hoc projects in the talent acquisition team

**Requirements**:

- BA degree and at least 1-2 years of work experience in coordination, administrative tasks, event management, or HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a customer centric attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable acting on own initiative and in dealing with ambiguity in a quickly changing, fast-pace environment
- Proven track record of being able to problem solve, take ownership of work beyond own scope and exceed expectations
