**Casa Baglioni** è una Boutique Hotel, situato nel cuore di Milano, rinomato per la sua eleganza, il servizio impeccabile e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Siamo alla ricerca di un **Guest Experience Officer** **Turnante** motivato e appassionato per unirsi al nostro team.
**_La risorsa di occuperà delle seguenti attività:_**
- _Accogliere e assistere i clienti con cortesia e professionalità,_
- _Gestire le richieste e le esigenze dei clienti in modo tempestivo ed efficace, garantendo ai clienti un’esperienza eccellente,_
- _Gestione di ordinaria operazioni amministrative per lato fatture e contabilità,_
- _Collaborare con i vari reparti dell'hotel per assicurare un servizio impeccabile,_
- _Risolvere eventuali problemi o lamentele dei clienti in modo proattivo._
**_Requisiti Richiesti:_**
- _Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in un ambiente di lusso o membri Hotel appartenenti a LHW,_
- _Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di Teamwork,_
- _Si richiede un fluente Inglese sia scritto che nel parlato, una seconda lingua costituirà un plus,_
- _Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i weekend e i giorni festivi._
