LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Operational Fleet Advisor da inserire con un contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità, all’interno della Direzione Commerciale. Il ruolo, basato a Roma, riporta all’ Account Executive & Supporting Team Supervisor.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:
Il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di pianificare, organizzare, gestire e verificare, su base giornaliera, l’avanzamento delle attività legate alla gestione della flotta del cliente, concettualmente riconducibile alla gestione in outsourcing.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’:

- Gestire le anagrafiche e gli ordini;
- Gestire i contratti e le attività finalizzate all’approvazione del credito;
- Gestire tutte le attività di onboarding;
- Organizzare le attività operative per la gestione della flotta del cliente dalla consegna alla restituzione del veicolo;
- Supportare la gestione della flotta locale per migliorare l'efficienza, ridurre i costi e garantire la conformità alle normative governative
- Fungere da punto di contatto centrale e punto di escalation per il raggiungimento dei KPIs previsti dal contratto in essere con il cliente.

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA’ - ATTITUDINI:

- Laurea ad indirizzo economico;
- Interesse per il settore automotive e del mercato di riferimento; buone doti di leadership e team working; dinamismo e spirito d’iniziativa; capacità di pianificare e gestire per priorità le attività;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Pacchetto Microsoft Office; AS400 (NolsX); MS Teams.
