Villa Agrippina, is looking for a Guest Experience Office Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects concering pre-arrival, arrival and departure procedures ennsuring the brand standards are adhered to.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- To control the day to day operation in order to provide an efficient, corteus, effective and friendly service to all of our guests assuring that the product knowledge, policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Be fully conversant with all of the hotel's facilities, with up to date product knowledge and to be aware of all current promotional activities that are being offered throught the hotel
- Actively participate in up-selling and cross
- selling the Hotel facilities, promoting and suggesting improvements to the facilities and services we provide
- Ensure that all guests' requests and queries are answered as soon as possible, being familiar at all time
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information on hotel services and city facilities
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow up.
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Make appropriate service recovery gestures in accordance with established guidelines.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
