La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:

- Accoglienza ospiti;
- Assicurarsi che le prenotazioni siano confermate prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti;
- Check in/check out;
- Utilizzo del PMS Opera;
- Fornire una guest Experience agli ospiti rispondendo alle loro domande e risolvendo i loro reclami in modo professionale e amichevole;
- Esecuzione di vari compiti amministrativi tra cui l'elaborazione di pagamenti, prenotazioni e fatture;
- Operazioni di front e back office legate al soggiorno del cliente in hotel;
Provenienza dal settore Hospitality
Buono standing
Buoni doti comunicative
Conoscenza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata, rappresenta un plus la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
