As part of the Rooms Service Team you will provide our guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the delivery of personalized service and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
- Mastering culinary and beverage service skills to deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests.
- Demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
- Showcasing inclusivity, prioritizing food allergies & dietary needs.
- Collaborating with culinary & bar teams for perfection.
- To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).
