We are looking for a Category Manager for our Notebook division to join our dynamic and growing team. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, exceptional strategic aptitude, and proven experience in managing technology product categories. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the Notebook category, from strategic planning to operational execution, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the notebook sector.
- Have a deep understanding of the product category, business management, and sales strategies and challenges.
- Manage the Notebook sector for consumers in Italy.
- Develop strategic plans, including sales targets, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to implement category strategies.
- Monitor and analyze category performance through KPIs and other indicators, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and support to the sales team regarding the notebook product range and market positioning strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation, relationship management, and planning skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
