Regional Service Coordinator

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the development of the After Sales Service Team at Haier Europe. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

For the markets of responsibility, he/she is responsible of:

- Control and support the service manager of the After Sales operations
- Delivery of the results in terms of Service revenues, In Warranty repairs management, customer satisfaction
- Provide direction and leadership at country level for the Customer Service and Spare Parts function in order to achieve company objectives and reach customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Support on Service budgeting and financial management
- Define with Country manager the correct Local service staff set up
- Support the markets in the local implementation of the service strategy and guidelines provided by the Operations and Commercial & Marketing HQ functions
- Align strategy between Finished Goods and Service local-for-local

What you need to succeed
- Very good Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Master Degree in Management/Business
- Proved experience in inter functional and international projects management
- English language full proficiency
- Business understanding and analytic skills
- Good in negotiation and deal with people
- Problem solving
- Proactive approach to entrusted tasks
