**Hair Care Education Design - Category Manager**:
JOB MISSION

We are looking for passionate people who want to do their best for the world, helping us to make a difference in evolving our Global Hair Care Education team, while nurturing our values of Beauty, Ethics and Sustainability to foster a great, fun, and community-focused work environment.

The mission of this role will be to ensure excellence, competitiveness and the completeness of Davines Education and Services, leading their development at global level.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads category education and service development. Be the voice of education and the hairdresser partnering with the multi-functional teams within and outside your specific category.
Design & develop training programmes to elevate stylist craftmanship performance and business, supporting and developing the education curriculum with formats and content to support face-to-face, academy, in-situ and digital learning, including participating in leading category topics in international train the trainers.
Co-leads the creation of the education Go-To-Market plans. Develop the education strategy for deployment to the markets, stylists, and trainers.
Lead the education voice and requirements for shooting, video and event briefs and be the eye of education on shoot and events.
Build a strong connection, understand and of the needs of all regions, gain structured feedback from the market and work to address them within the future education development.
Leads category commercial/competitor understanding from an education perspective.
Work closely with Test Space, Marketing and R&D to bring the voice of education and hairdresser to develop products and services for category and non-category projects.
Support the design and delivery of international TTTs.

YOUR PROFILE
Experience in Education program design and product design
Experience with digital curriculum design and training content creation (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong Hairdressing Industry experience (HD certificates or Master certificates) min 10 years in the industry
Hairdressing training background min 5 years experience as a trainer
Ability and openness to travel.
Fluent in English (spoken, written and reading)
High level of energy and drive to animate the cross-functional teams.
Hands-on, can-do attitude
Be curious with a strong structured approach to being a problem solver, a passion for learning, and a strong product science background.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural contexts.
Ability to understand different markets (or segment) features, needs & opportunities.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong project management skills
Ability to manage the assigned budgets
