About the job:
The Red Hat Services team is looking for a Territory Services Manager to join us in China. In this role, you will participate in strategic account planning sessions, territory reviews, and deal-specific account calls to identify how Red Hat can increase services offerings for customers from various sectors. You’ll need a good foundation of technical knowledge and project and scope management expertise. As a Territory Services Manager, you will create forecasts and plans for your region's account sales in close collaboration with the sales management. Develop Services business, manage sales cycles, and look for new opportunities with existing customers and new customers.

What you will do:

- Manage incoming sales inquiries, coordinate services team responses, and create proposals for customers
- Work closely with the partners to maximize project value
- Negotiate rates, project costs, terms, and statements of work in collaboration with the regional services manager
- Provide booking forecasts
- Ensure that appropriate delivery resources are involved in validating scope of engagements with your local services delivery manager
- Participate in account strategy sessions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

What you will bring:

- Thorough experience selling strategies and developing proposals, contracts, close plans, and statements of work for professional services
- Experience in customer-facing position as a professional services consultant or in a related sales position
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Established sustainable network of customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
