Responsabilità:
La risorsa, avrà il compitio di ricevere gli ospiti e garantire che siano accolti adeguatamente in linea con gli standard aziendali. Inoltre, gli incarichi della risorsa includeranno il coordinamento delle attività della reception:

- Formare, supervisionare e supportare il personale addetto alla reception;
- Programmare i turni;
- Sviluppare e mantenere i rapporti con ospiti e clienti esterni;
- Gestire reclami e richieste specifiche degli ospiti;
- Essere responsabile della cura del cliente e del suo soggiorno;
- Controllare le prenotazioni inserite, degli arrivi check
- out e sospesi;
- Essere responsabili delle procedure fiscali, Istat;
- Gestire il rifornimento per il materiale della reception (cancelleria, moduli, dèpliant per gli ospiti);
- Supervisionare il rispetto delle politiche aziendali e delle norme di sicurezza;
- Collaborare con gli altri reparti per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti;

Requisiti:

- La persona che stiamo cercando ha maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Buona conoscenza pratica di MS Office, in particolare Excel e Word;
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (gradita conoscenza della lingua tedesca)
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Buone capacità organizzative;
