What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Sportsbook Experience and in particular in the business / management Betting reporting directly to the Sportsbook Experience Manager;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and implementation of cutting-edge sportsbook features aimed at enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
Who you are:
- You have at least 1 years of experience in a company focused in digital business and digital innovation, preferably in a gaming industry, with a proven track record of success in roles focused on user experience or product management.
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
- You have excellent knowledge of Project management, coupled with the ability to understand customer behavior and preferences ;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- You know how to identify key user and business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements and use cases for the developer team.
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in project management or leadership roles, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to implementation;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with development teams and contribute to discussions around technical requirements and feasibility.
