- Data collection and aggregation for reporting purposes
- Monitoring of deadlines, calendars and campaigns
- Support in the production of monthly/weekly reports related to Media Activities (campaigns, fashion shows)
- Support in communication exchanges with worldwide stakeholders
- Support in archive activities
- Use of Excel, PowerPoint and other corporate tools for Media Planning

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
- Interest in analytical aspects of Communication
- Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Teamworking ability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resilience
- Well spoken and written English
