- **Group People & Culture (HR) Function** is looking for new young talents to make them join their teams for many
- **Internship** opportunities.
- Here some of the activities you might undertake during your experience:

- Supporting the People & Culture team in the design and deployment of strategic HR projects, in Employer Branding initiatives & Recruiting activities;
- Collaborating with HRBPs in managing the daily business activities;
- Supporting the team with the preparation of strategic documents in order to support the decision making and the outcome of specific projects;
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, with a specific focus on Workforce and Organizational dynamics (e.g. internal labor market demand, workforce evolution, jobs, skills, structures).
- The internship is
- **open to students enrolled in both Bachelor’s and Master’s programs **and is a
- ** 6-month-full time experience **in our Headquarter in
- **Milan - Gae Aulenti Towers.**

Requisiti
- Analytical skills and mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluency in both English and Italian
