**MICE SALES SUPERVISOR**

1. Ricezione e gestione delle richieste di informazioni e prenotazioni per eventi, meeting e soggiorni di gruppo.

2. Gestione della corrispondenza e della relazione con i clienti in tutte le fasi della negoziazione

3. Utilizzo del sistema gestionale Opera per la registrazione e l’aggiornamento delle attività

4. Contrattualistica o Fatturazione pre-evento/meeting/soggiorno o

5. Supervisione dell'attività amministrativa legata alla realizzazione dell'evento, compresa la relativa fatturazione pre evento;
- Conoscenza di MS Office e Opera
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e coordinamento
- Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
- Teamwork
- Flessibilità e doti comunicative e relazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
