**Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy Internship**

Mercer offers exciting and fruitful internships in the **DEI Area.** We are looking for those who are passionate about fostering equal opportunities for all and contributing to build fair organizations where people can thrive.

Jumpstart your career by engaging with industry experts on innovative projects. You will have the experience of a full-time internship role in DEI Area, with a focus on Diversity Equity and Inclusion were you will support the team in designing and delivering projects.

You will support the Italian DEI team in all activities from research, to organize logistics and activities, to analyse data and create reports.

You will be part of an international team of experts with a deep knowledge and expertise of DEI topics.

**You will also have the opportunity to**:

- Perform quali-quantitative data analysis with guidance and instruction
- Research, interpret and benchmark external data and information
- Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines
- Assist in drafting reports for clients with guidance and direction (both in Italian and English)
- Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies
- Take part in designing new and innovative solutions in DEI area
- Solicit feedback on work performed and applies insights to future assignments
- Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities with a possibility to take part in projects of other Talent Strategy area
- University master’s degree in psychology / social statistic / economics preferred
- Strong passion for People sustainability and inclusion
- Strong data analysis skills to support the design and implementation of DEI projects
- Strong results orientation
- Attention to detail
- Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
- Experience and social connection with no profit organizations will be a plus
- Data Analysis with R/Phyton will be a plus
- Italian and English proficiency

The position is based in Milan with flexible working arrangements.
