- **Production&Process Technology Specialist** role, we have your chance in our
- _Global Operations team. Now_

**What are we looking for?**
- Background in Chemical Industry into multinational companies is a plus;
- Experience of manufacturing processes/systems of the Chemical Industry;
- Good knowledge of MSOffice;
- Fluent English.

**What will you be doing?**
- Detection and analysis of productive bottle necks, manufacturing costs and critical points in the existing plants both in terms of productivity and quality, proposing possible changes and improvements;
- Analyses the plant and the processes on health, environment and safety and improve them according to the best technologies and procedures;
- Activities necessary to collect information in order to guarantee the critical analysis of the production data for the optimization of parameters in terms of productivity, quality, safety and environment;
- Assures data and information to support the Production Coordinators/Manager for analysis of periodical reports, underlining corrections and identifying possible budget deviations;
- Facilitates the organization of the work to accomplish the production and maintenance plans;
- Collaboration with Global Research department for the development of new products and processes, looking at the best available technologies evaluating costs for investments and production as well as the impact in terms of environment and safety;
- Compilation of the process book necessary to the Engineering Department for creating the detailed design;
- Participation to the industrial projects at a global level.
