Stage Sales

**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan Head Quarter (Assago)
- Undergraduates or graduates in economics, trade marketing.
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Start date: February

**Position Summary**:

- The SAT team is composed by four people:

- A Manager,
- A person dedicated to Purina Category,
- A person dedicated to Waters Category,
- A person dedicated to specific activity such as promotion plans and point of sales entrance letters.
- The Sell-out Sales force (Rete ONE) is composed by:

- A Manager,
- 8 Area Managers
- 105 Sell out Specialist, throughout the Italian territory.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders on daily basis such as: Trade Marketing Corporate Sales and Trade Marketing people by each Category; Sales both Sell-in and Sell-out.
- You will support the Sell-Out Manager in the preparation of the materials for steering committee meeting, MOR, plenary meetings, and store visits.
- You will support the team for analysis and reports of Sell-Out data.
- You will learn to deal with different stakeholders who has different objectives and requests.
- You will face complex analyzes using advanced tools such as power queries.
- Taste the operations of a complex multinational company.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Implementing and reviewing customer assortments and clusterization in Sell-out tool
- Support in reporting of Sell-Out data (Distribution, Extra Display, Out of Stock) and preparing power point presentation for Sell Out sales force.
- Managing Sell out Newsletter and communication between sales force and the HQ about business updates.
- Generic support to the sales force based on their issues and needs.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Undergraduates or graduates in economics, trade marketing.
- Passionate about building activities.
- Communication and analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel
