The resource, within the Quality Department, will be engaged in all activities that ensure quality system conformity to company policy and National and international standards.

**Main Activities**:

- Supports customer audit planning on production plants
- Submits Change Notices and Follow-Up customer requests
- Respond to requests related Quality Management System aspects (e.g. ISO certificates, SOP extracts, traceability, sampling)
- Manage quality survey requests received from clients
- Send on external request the standard declarations on the directives/ product standards and in collaboration with Regulatory, drawing up and sending ad hoc declarations
- Manages in collaboration with Regulatory, the process of product registration with FDA (Drug Master File) Send standard declarations on product directives/standards and processes on external request by filling in and sending ad hoc declarations in collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic Quality Assurance regulations (ISO9001 e ISO 15378)
- Accurancy, planning and organization
- Team Working, Proactivity, Problem Solving
- Good analytical skills
- Result and Quality oriented

**Education**
Degree in Pharmacy or related field
