Ristorante la Pescatoria sito in centro a Firenze e presente sulla guida Michelin, è alla ricerca di un **restaurant manager **con comprovata esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo.

Si richiede ottimo standing e capacità di interagire con i clienti, gestione del team, capacità di problem solving, gestione stampa menù, gestione cantina.

Conoscenza della lingua inglese, disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi.

Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato (6 mesi) con conseguente passaggio a tempo indeterminato con 2 giorni di riposo settimanali.

Lo stipendio sarà discusso in fase di colloquio a seconda delle competenze.
