**Technical Sales Manager - Northern Italy**:

We are currently seeking a **Technical Sales Manager** to support and expand activities in **Northern Italy**, ideally based in **Emilia-Romagna**-a key strategic region for intensive agriculture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide agronomic and technical support to the commercial team and distribution network.
- Design and deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for growers, partners, and internal teams.
- Plan, implement, and monitor field trials to evaluate product performance and adapt strategies to regional crop needs.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to tailor global innovations to local market requirements.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, agronomists, and industry stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Agronomy or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical or agronomic roles, ideally in crop nutrition or biostimulants.
- Solid understanding of Northern Italy's cropping systems (e.g., fruit, vegetables, vines, arable).
- Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, autonomous, and willing to travel extensively across the region.
