La Division Atfermarket di Marelli è in cerca di una persona da inserire in stage come **Fleet Management Specialist** per la sede di Corbetta (Milano). La risorsa supporterà il team Flotte nelle seguenti attività:

- Gestione dei rapporti con le società di noleggio e assicurazioni in relazione:

- alle attività di fornitura dei servizi
- all'aggiornamento anagrafiche officine e ricambisti aderenti sui portali flotte
- alla risoluzione di problematiche
- allo svolgimento da interfaccia tra Flotta e officine
- Supporto alle officine Checkstar e ai ricambisti Marelli nella gestione dell’operatività del servizio;
- Gestione della reportistica per il monitoraggio degli andamenti delle attività e del business;
- Gestione dell’anagráfica delle officine e dei ricambisti aderenti;
- Interazione con il team ICT per l'aggiornamento e la gestione dei portali di authority;
- Interazione con il team Finance per i flussi di fatturazione sia passiva (da officine/ricambisti verso Marelli) che attiva (da Marelli verso le flotte).

**Requisiti ed Esperienze**:

- Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore;
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- Soft Skills: doti gestionali, comunicative e di ascolto; orientamento al cliente; capacità organizzative; orientamento al business; capacità negoziali; sensibilità organizzativa; doti di leadership; gestione dello stres, curiosità e voglia di imparare.

Il ruolo è _eligible _per lo smart working nel rispetto delle regole aziendali.
