Janssen SPA rappresenta il settore farmaceutico del gruppo Johnson & Johnson e commercializza oltre 30 specialità medicinali afferenti a cinque diverse aree terapeutiche con l'obiettivo di offrire soluzioni terapeutiche all'avanguardia rispondenti ad elevati standard di efficacia e sicurezza.

La persona avrà la responsabilità di gestire il processo end to end di incoming, partendo dalla ricezione della merce e finendo con il processo di campionamento, attraverso il coordinamento delle risorse presenti in reparto. La figura riporterà direttamente all’Incoming Supervisor.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Garantire che le attività nello shop floor vengano eseguite nei tempi e nelle modalità definite dalle procedure interne sia in termini di qualità che sicurezza
- Garantire che tutti i controlli di processo vengano effettuati secondo gli standard GMP
- Rispettare le priorità e garantire il rispetto dei lead time standard di processo
- Garantire il monitoraggio dei processi attraverso kpi d’area definiti
- Garantire l’implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive efficaci ad evitare la potenziale ri-occorrenza delle problematiche dello shop floor
- Collaborare nell’aggiornamento delle procedure (WI & SOP) relative all’area di competenza, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi GMP
- Interagire con i reparti con cui si collabora in maniera armonica e professionale

**Qualifications** Formazione**:

- Laurea in discipline scientifiche (Chimica, CTF, Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria gestionale e logística)

**Esperienze e competenze**:

- Orientamento al problem-solving
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di interagire con varie funzioni aziendali
- Ottime capacità relazionali con colleghi
- Concretezza e flessibilità
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese (B2 level and above)
