The pharmaceutical world is going through a period of important technological transformations, where the needs of the patient and the quality of the work performed are predominant.
For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for **2** **TO Assistant Scientist** to be hired with a TEMPORARY CONTRACT (12 months) in the **Technical Operations Department**.
The person will be part of the Validation team and will report to the Technical Operations Sr Lead.
The person is responsible for the following activities:
- Manage and coordinate packaging validation projects and issue the relevant documentation (protocols and reports)
- Support the analysis of the new potential improvement projects for Technical Operations
- Support the implementation of Artwork changes
- Coordinate with the packaging areas, laboratories and other groups to perform validation tests.
- Support the non-conformances handling
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor
- Good skills of ownership and accountability
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
- Fluent in English (B2 level and above)
- Capacity to lead calls with Costumers.
- Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
- At least 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical area
