Janssen SPA represents the pharmaceutical sector of the Johnson & Johnson group and markets over 30 medicinal specialties relating to five different therapeutic areas with the aim of offering cutting-edge therapeutic solutions that meet high standards of efficacy and safety.

For the manufacturing site in Borgo San Michele (Latina) we are looking for **2** **Training Specialists** to be hired with a permanent contract within the Quality Assurance and Compliance Department, with the responsibility of the qualification and documentation management processes and the electronic systems through which the aforementioned activities are carried out.

The **Training Specialist** will be included in the Training and Documentation Department (Compliance), with the responsibility of ensuring, in accordance with what is reported in the specific local and global standard operating procedures and by means of the appropriate electronic tools, that the site users are suitably trained and qualified, and that the documentation is managed in accordance with the requirements of the reference procedures and GMPs.

The activities foreseen by the role include:

- Use as Business Administrator of the electronic system responsible for the creation, assignment and verification of trainings (procedures, online courses, courses with instructor) to all users of the site
- Use as Business Administrator of the electronic system responsible for managing the revision and approval flow of GMP documents, and revision of the documents themselves to ensure compliance with the requirements of the reference procedures
- Elaboration and sharing of the metrics for the completion of site trainings and the on-time execution of the periodic review of documents
- Support to all users of the site for any problem in the development of training material, in the management of qualifications, for reporting, for the correct technical management of site procedures and qualification in the role of author
- Management of new hires (personal data, onboarding, assignment of the training profile, qualification)
- Identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement of training and documentation management processes
- Ability to interact with all the site users and with global organizations

**Qualifications**
- Master's Degree
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- At least 5 years' experience in qualification and training management in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
