Janssen SPA rappresenta il settore farmaceutico del gruppo Johnson & Johnson e commercializza oltre 30 specialità medicinali afferenti a cinque diverse aree terapeutiche con l'obiettivo di offrire soluzioni terapeutiche all'avanguardia rispondenti ad elevati standard di efficacia e sicurezza.

**Le attività previste dal ruolo comprendono**:

- Partecipazione e supporto all’Internal Value Chain relativa alla gestione delle sostanze stupefacenti, psicotrope e precursori
- Supporta il supervisore ed il team nei controlli documentali, al fine di verificare la correttezza della riconciliazione dei Process Order
- Esegue e verifica i controlli atti a garantire un costante allineamento fisico/inventariale/documentale delle sostanze stupefacenti e psicotrope e dei precursori di droghe in tutti i reparti dello stabilimento coinvolti
- Partecipa insieme al team Narcotici a tutte le attività necessarie e propedeutiche per la rendicontazione delle sostanze stupefacenti e psicotrope e dei precursori di droghe.
- Supporta il team ed il supervisore alla gestione di eventi e non conformità delle sostanze stupefacenti e psicotrope e dei precursori di droghe nel rispetto delle GMP e delle procedure aziendali, verificando ogni eventuale impatto sulle rendicontazioni rispetto i requisiti legali e procedurali
- Supporta il team ed il supervisore alla risoluzione delle problematiche dei diversi reparti dello stabilimento in relazione alla gestione dei prodotti, dei processi, di equipment/facilities/utilities delle sostanze stupefacenti e psicotrope e dei precursori di droghe
- Supporta il team ed il supervisore alla verifica dell’adeguatezza, allineamento operativo ed eventuale revisione di tutte le procedure e le istruzioni di lavoro relative al sistema di appartenenza

**Qualifications**:

- Laurea Magistrale
- Minimo 2 anni di precedente esperienza nel settore farmaceutico
- Conoscenza delle GMP e regulations farmaceutiche
- Inglese e italiano parlato e scritto avanzato
- Capacità di lavoro in team
- Capacità di connessione con gli stakeholders interni ed esterni
