Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di
**Portfolio Strategy Specialist** da inserire all’interno del team di
**Portfolio Strategy & Monitoring** dedicato al monitoraggio del rendimento e delle
- performance_ del portafoglio
- Non Performing_ proprietario, che supporterà il Project Manager della struttura.

Entrando a far parte della nostra realtà, avrai l’opportunità di:

- Supportare la definizione delle **strategie** di gestione del portafoglio;
- Definire **Business Cases** e relativi modelli quantitativi a supporto;
- Supportare nella gestione dei **progetti** chiave per la Divisione NPL dei relativi gruppi di lavoro;
- Analizzare l’andamento dei principali **KPI** ed approfondendo gli eventuali motivi di scostamento;
- Monitorare la **redditività** degli investimenti effettuati nel settore NPL;
- Condurre **analisi** _ad hoc_ per indirizzare le decisioni di gestione ed ottimizzazione del portafoglio;
- Realizzare **presentazioni** per il Top Management e gli Organi Consiliari.

Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se presenti i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia/Statistica/Matematica/Ingegneria;
- Esperienza in ambito **PMO**, nella gestione autonoma di progetti e gruppi di lavoro complessi, maturate in ambito **finanziario** e/o presso **società di consulenza**;
- Conoscenza del business e dei processi di recupero dei _Non Performing Loans_, con particolare riguardo alla Collection Giudiziale e Stragiudiziale.

Sede di lavoro: preferibilmente Milano o Firenze.

Le condizioni contrattuali saranno commisurate alla seniority.
