Company: TELEPASS- Location: Firenze, IT**Retail After Sales Specialist**:
Nel dipartimento di **Customer Operations**, in particolare nella divisione **Retail After Sales**, ricerchiamo uno/a Specialist che si occuperà della **gestione dei processi di post vendita dei clienti Retail.**

**Attività e responsabilità**
- Seguire le fasi di implementazione dei tools gestionali con particolare focus sul CRM (raccolta esigenze, definizione requisiti, test UAT)
- Contribuire alla definizione e al fine tuning dei processi di after sales in relazione al lancio e all’evoluzione di prodotti per la clientela Consumer
- Predisporre la documentazione a supporto per le strutture di front end (aggiornamento manualistica, procedure operative, aggiornamento knowledge base)
- Supportare i Team Leader del Customer Service nella gestione casistiche particolari che richiedono approfondimenti sui processi
- Semplificare e strutturare il processo di gestione dei ticket
- Predisporre report per il monitoraggio delle attività di Customer Service

**Requisiti**
- Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di PM in ambito B2C
- Laurea con focus su ambiti organizzativi e di processo
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza applicativi Microsoft Office
- Ottime capacità di team working
- Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicativo - relazionali
- Problem solving
- Attenzione al cliente
