Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Go-to-Market and Sales Engagement Lead** che si unisca al nostro team.
**DI COSA CI PIACEREBBE TI PRENDESSI CURA**
- ** Analisi del mercato**: Condurre analisi di mercato per identificare trend, monitorare la concorrenza e adattare le strategie di vendita in modo proattivo;
- ** Sviluppo delle opportunità di business**: Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, sia in termini di nuovi clienti che di cross-selling e up-selling con i clienti esistenti;
- ** Sviluppo strategie di vendita**: Definire ed implementare strategie di vendita in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali per promuovere i servizi di digital marketing dell'azienda;
- ** Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti**: Sviluppare e mantenere solide relazioni con i clienti, assicurandosi che le loro esigenze siano comprese e soddisfatte;
- ** Sviluppo proposte commerciali**: Preparare e presentare proposte di vendita e offerte personalizzate per clienti potenziali e attuali;
- ** Analisi delle performance e reporting**:Analizzare le performance del team di vendita attraverso KPI chiave e report di vendita;
- ** Lead generation e conversione**: Collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare campagne di lead generation al fine di generare contatti qualificati;
- ** Attività promozionali aziendali**: Rappresentare l'immagine dell'azienda e promuovere i nostri prodotti partecipando ad eventi e fiere a livello globale;
- ** Creazione e sviluppo del team Sales**: Formare, motivare e gestire un team per garantire alte performance.
**COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE**
- Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o simili;
- Esperienza di almeno 4-6 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende nel settore digital;
- Esperienza in contract closing con deal value 100K+
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;
- Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);
- Abilità di negoziazione, presentazione, e gestione delle relazioni con i clienti;
- Conoscenza dei CRM e degli Strumenti di Vendita;
- Abilità di networking e di costruzione di relazioni.
