Il **Broker** nel settore assicurativo è un professionista il cui compito è quello di **mediare** tra le compagnie di assicurazioni e i propri clienti o stakeholder, e ha generalmente lo scopo di reperire sul mercato le soluzioni assicurative rispondenti alle esigenze di coloro che si affidano al suo servizio.
Il ruolo di stagista è il primo step per una crescita técnica e personale in un ambiente dinamico ed innovativo, coinvolgendo da subito la risorsa a relazionarsi con diversi tipi di seniority e ruoli.
Willis Towers Watson è alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante per la sede di Milano. La risorsa intraprenderà un interessante cammino professionale che la porterà a sviluppare solide conoscenze assicurative ed ottime capacità gestionali.
Il team Enti Pubblici presso la Branch di Milano gestisce un portafoglio clienti nel settore degli Enti Pubblici e Sanità Pubblica / Privata, attraverso le seguenti attività:
- analisi dei rischi delle necessità assicurative dei clienti;
- progettazione e definizione del programma assicurativo;
- assistenza al Cliente nell’individuazione della procedura di gara per il collocamento del programma assicurativo, nonché dei criteri di aggiudicazione e nella valutazione delle offerte;
- gestione tecnico-assicurativa dei contratti;
- affiancamento all’ufficio sinistri nella gestione dei sinistri.
Lo stagista affiancherà il Team Leader e i Client Executive nello svolgimento delle attività sopra descritte.
Competenze richieste:
- Interesse verso una attività di Intermediazione / gestione.
- Caratteristiche personali**:precisione, flessibilità, affidabilità**, curiosità, attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali ed al lavoro in team, motivazione, determinazione e spirito d’iniziativa.
- Laurea economia, giurisprudenza o equivalente
- Buona conoscenza dell’intero pacchetto Office
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; minimo B2

Si offre un iniziale percorso di stage volto alla costruzione di un profilo tecnico in ambito insurance.
