**CUSTOMER SERVICE - SETTORE ELETTRONICO**

**Mansione**:
La figura ricercata verrà inserita all'interno dell'**ufficio commerciale **e si occuperà in autonomia di **attività di back office commerciale e customer service **per clienti italiani ed esteri.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- **Stesura ed invio di offerte commerciali;**
- Inserimento, **controllo e gestione dello stato avanzamento degli ordini** in costante sinergia con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- **Assistenza clienti** su tematiche tecniche legate a ritardi, consegne e requisiti tecnici.

**Requisiti**:
- Laurea triennale e/o magistrale;**:

- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi** (tecnico commerciale/inside sales/back office commerciale/customer service) **settore elettronico;**
**- Ottimo Inglese** scritto e parlato;
- Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.

**Contratto: Inserimento diretto presso nostra azienda cliente con contratto a tempo indeterminato.**

**Sede: Genova Bolzaneto.**
