Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Luxury and FMCG market. On behalf of an important Beverage Company, we are looking for a:
**Duty Free & Travel Retail Manager**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure, in compliance with the commercial policy, mission and corporate image, as well as in line with the strategy developed and the sales and marketing objectives defined by the Global Export Marketing Director, the formulation of the strategy to be adopted on the Duty-Free channel for each customer and geographical area, through the definition: Annual sales targets, Portfolio strategy and Investments in Advertising & Promotion (A&P);
- Identifying drivers of growth, discussing the strategy developed with those responsible and presenting it to the President for approval;
- Using data on sales and consumption trends in the spirits sector (e.g. specialist journals, sharing of information within one's own Function,...) the annual negotiation of contracts with customers of the Duty-Free channel (airport and border duty free operators, ship owners, operators in the diplomatic sector, distributors in the cruise sector), sharing the results of the activity with its manager;
- Ensure, in collaboration with the Manager and CFO, the definition of the budget of the Advertising & Promotion activities for the Duty-Free channel;
- Ensure the correct implementation of the policies defined with the Manager in terms of: availability, visibility, quality, promotion and price of the products for each brand and within each Duty Free manned;
- Ensure the supervision of the market and customers of the channel of competence by maintaining regular and lasting contacts with all customers of the Duty-Free Channel and by planning and carrying out, in agreement with its manager;
- Ensure the coordination of the activities of the Brand Ambassadors present within the main Duty Free;
- Ensure the identification of commercial opportunities, in relation to the channel of competence, in the countries covered and entering new countries, as well as the implementation of business development activities aimed at developing and strengthening the company's presence at a global level;
- Guarantee, with the support of the Head of External Relations and Events, the presence of the company at the main events of the Duty Free and Travel Retail channel;
- Collaborate with the communication agencies and the Global Export Marketing Department in the development of the marketing plan;
- Collaborate with Export Managers to define commercial strategies and management of Brand Ambassadors for commercial activities within the Duty Free (e.g. organization/participation in events).

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the regulations relating to the exchange of goods between EU and non-EU

countries Financial acumen;

- P&L understanding;
- Fluency in English and knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of the company ERP (SAP).
