**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

**This role in summary**:
Driving the S&OP process standardization & best practices sharing among markets

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Design and deploy standard E2E process with clear inputs, outputs and RACI that takes into account local peculiarities
- Benchmark the local S&OP processes internally (between markets / other Whir regions) and externally
- Spread the best practices all over the markets
- Organize training & development activities
- Lead the forecast analysts to ensure continuous improvement of the statistical forecast
- Manage 4 people : ensure positive team spirit, communication of vision and strategy as well as execution of HR processes

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in demand planning
- FluentEnglish

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- Demand and supply planning background
- APICS certification
- Lead without authority
- Project management
- Change management
- Strong team worker
- Analytics skills
