While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. **What you will learn and contribute to** As part of our team, you will: - Business approach/plan to grow and to maintain businesses, ensure the customer satisfaction, solidifying the customer relationship to NOKIA, maximize the profitable selling of products and services and corresponding growth. - Manages revenue goals and provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning account issues, financial status, etc. - Works with internal team to propose specific solutions for a given account or partner. - Evangelize NOKIA DWDM approach & drives new solutions. - Stays abreast of current competition and implements strategies to block competitive advancement. - Ensures gathering of market intelligence, technology trends in the relevant market, analyzing and communicating them to headquarter and the product units. - Create stable relationships and "networking" inside TIM to influence customer strategic decisions as well as network deployments - Proactively build pipeline for optics business in TIM - Collect customer requirements and share them with Optics BU - Coordinates activities with IP Biz Dev teams related to possible IP/Optics integrated solutions - Push/position pro-actively Optics products and solutions attached to Optics business - Influence customer architectures/network evolution **Your skills and experience** You have: - Strong selling and negotiation skills to close deals with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels - Knowledge of TIM - Minimum experience of 10 years in telecommunications sector - Minimum experience of 10 years in Optical Products Business Development - Master in Telecommunications or similar - Ability to identify and create business opportunities - Capability to drive business development activities as well as coordinate tendering team in offer preparation - Availability for frequent travelling - Capability to create "networking" inside customer organization **What we offer** Nokia offers flexible and hybrid working schemes, continuous learning opportunities, well-being programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and get supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive and are empowered. **Nokia is committed to inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer** Nokia has received the following recognitions for its commitment to inclusion & equality: - One of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere - Gender-Equality Index by Bloomberg - Workplace Pride Global Benchmark - LGBT+ equality & best place to work by HRC Foundation At Nokia, we act inclusively and respect the uniqueness of people.
