**Position**: **HERITAGE SPECIALIST (Definite contract)** Within our Heritage & Philanthropy Department based in Rome, we are looking for an enthusiastic Heritage Specialist to support the Heritage Curator in a variety of tasks and initiatives. **Main Accountabilities**: - Support in the development of projects related to Brand Heritage Exhibition, from concept creation proposal to coordination of all the aspects involved - Support in the coordination of all the activities within the Brand Heritage team related to the management of the Heritage documentation, in cooperation with the legal team (for all copywriting and intellectual propriety references). - Research in the internal historical archives and in external databases for documenting various demands (from exhibitions to press, to internal needs) - Coordinate the internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure smooth coordination and consistency within departments **Profile**: **Requirements**: - Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or similar fields - 1/2 years of experience in similar roles - Teamwork and empathy - Dynamic and "can-do" attitude - Proactivity and drive for results - Excellent knowledge of Office Applications - Fluency English, and possibly in Italian **_BVLGARI _** **MAISON***: - Bvlgari was founded in the heart of Rome in 1884.
