To strengthen the growth of the **Engineering Business Unit**of **Stevanato Group**, we are looking for a motivated and experienced **Regional Account Manager** to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization.
- Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory.
- Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations.
- Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage.
- Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing.
- 5-8 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market.
- Proven track record of gaining and maintaining lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong sense of accountability as well commitment.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities.
- Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus.

Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.
Location: Piombino Dese (PD)
