We are seeking a knowledgeable professional to spearhead our Commercial team in the Business Division as we expand our operations in Rome.

**The Role**

A Commercial leadership role aligned to the GWS Local business to take ownership of the business unit to develop, lead and enable the growth through leading our contract negotiations and Commercial strategy. You will ensure we remain fully compliance with Legal, Commercial and wider best practices we have established.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **
Become the Go-To Expert**: Lead our efforts in commercial risk, understanding the nuances of commercial terms, operational compliance, cost control, and liability management.
- ** Opportunity to grow**: As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to build your own Commercial team.
- ** Drive Key Initiatives**: Take charge of the commercial positioning for critical business priorities. Engage with customers, regional, and global leadership, and report on performance metrics.
- ** Support Business Growth**: Educate operational teams on risk management and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance and proactive risk mitigation.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate and draft contract terms for new business opportunities in our industry.
- Interface with clients to secure optimal deals and oversee contract mobilization.
- Conduct contract reviews and ensure site compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise effective negotiation strategies and share your views on what is is best in class.
- Ensure all commercial activities align with GWS Global Risk Policy and company standards.
- Build key customer contacts to strengthen CBRE’s position in the development of long-term customer relationships.

**What You Bring**
- A passion, behaviour for success and a drive to create a high-energy commercial culture that fosters excellence and growth with strong examples/experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience of contracting with a background in commercial leadership role within the facilities management (or related industry).
- Proven ability to affect sales and profit figures by maximising opportunity and minimising risk.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills with the ability to manage prioritise clients and your team.
- Experience in presenting pitches and tailoring your communication styles to different audiences.
- Fluency in Italian and English languages.
