Become a part of our international Tender Management team at one of our locations in Segrate (Milan), Italy  . For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Tender Manager

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Processing tender requests, ITT, RFI, RFQ
- Tender planning and development of tender strategies in cooperation with the sales teams (Sales, GKAM, etc.)
- Preparing technical and commercial bid documentation
- Supporting the sales team in the bid presentation and negotiation process
- Preparing RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services according to project specifications
- Obtaining and evaluating bids
- Supporting other divisions in subcontractor management
- Reviewing contract terms and conditions, including the necessary administrative activities
- Identifying, describing and assessing risks that can harm project participants, and proposing measures to avoid or limit them
- Negotiating with subcontractors and optimizing the buying process
- Supporting other deugro branches in the planning and implementation of tenders and enquiries

**What you can contribute**:

- Your successfully completed studies with a focus on logistics or trade and economics
- Experience in pricing and tender management, minimum 7 years
- Your motivation to work in an internationally operating company and already have experience in working with other countries and cultures
- Your ability to prioritize, plan and control/monitor given tasks on a daily basis with a medium-term focus
- Your enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, while remaining focused under pressure
- Your team player personality and strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent in Microsoft tools
- Fluent Italian and very good command of English, enabling you to quickly find your way around the international arena
