Per importante multinazionale, leader nella fornitura di materiali da costruzione, siamo alla ricerca di un'Area Sales Manager per la Lombardia

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, rispondendo al Direttore Commerciale, si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare la strategia di vendita, definire le politiche commerciali ed effettuare analisi di mercato.
- Sviluppare il portafoglio clienti nell’area di riferimento
- Gestire processi di vendita interfacciandosi direttamente con le imprese di costruzioni della zona di riferimento.
- Rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti in termini di prodotto, servizio e prezzi.

**Requisiti**:
Il Candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo commerciale presso aziende nel settore delle costruzioni, o settori affini del mondo delle costruzioni.
- Conoscenza del mercato delle costruzioni nell’area di riferimento.
- Forte capacità di analisi, competenze tecniche e di vendita con contenuti complessi.
- Buona conoscenza delle principali applicazioni informatiche.
- Orientamento al risultato e buone capacità comunicative.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di negoziazione.
