We offer an interesting job opportunity within Business Unit Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat exchangers for you that enjoys working with Key Customers in global markets. You will be based in Lund and reporting into a Product Organization. Who are you? You enjoy being in front of customers and being around people in general. As you will work in an agile organization you are a team player, structured and organized, with good communication skills and cultural awareness. You are committed to deliver and keep deadlines. With strong influencing skills you can establish and keep relationships with customers and understand their needs. About the job Key tasks: - Customer project=> together with Key Account Manager and Development Engineers, develop conceptual ideas and designs, select and optimize technical propose to OEM customers. - As Project Manager, drive & coordinate all activities in development projects in close cooperation with customer and internal Alfa Laval functions - First line customer contact: Together with Key Account Managers, manage all communication back and forth with customer and internal Alfa Laval functions - Claim: Manage the communication and decide activities relating to customer claims What you know What's in it for you?
