La risorsa si occuperà in particolare della accoglienza degli ospiti negli appartamenti, assicurando un servizio d’eccellenza. Offrendo un servizio attento e personalizzato, il/la Hospitality Ambassador è adibito alla gestione dei check-in e check-out, ai servizi di Guest Relation e Conciergerie.

**Requisiti**:

- Precedente esperienza almeno biennale nel settore dell’ospitalità.
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di altra lingua straniera sarà considerata un plus.
- Abilità di multitasking.
- Conoscenza di Opera.
- Orientamento al lavoro di squadra.
- Conoscenza della città di Firenze.
- Disponibilità a lavorare a turni e flessibilità; non è previsto il lavoro notturno.

Si richiedono inoltre passione, energia, attitudine al sorriso, perseveranza, voglia di crescere professionalmente ed eleganza non solo esteriore.
