**Job Description**:
**What we expect of you, day to day**:

- Support the development and maintain a compelling and engaging product vision of the sustainability-focused product offerings in Visa’s European product suite, articulating how they offer value to clients
- Assist the Sustainability Solutions lead in driving the product roadmap in Europe, across central and market teams, to support the development of an industry-leading sustainability program
- Work closely with industry and internal stakeholders across the organisation to assess partnership opportunities and develop a proposition that is fit for market needs
- Work closely with Europe hub teams responsible for Core, Loyalty and Premium products/solutions to ensure programme, annual targets and reporting is aligned on an ongoing basis
- Lead interactions and collaboration with key stakeholders across internal Visa areas - including but not limited to: Sustainability Solutions, Inclusive Impact and Sustainability, Business Solutions, Consulting & Analytics and other government and merchant teams
- Facilitate the creation and syndication of regular updates and reporting to all levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives suggest tactics and strategies to address challenges/issues/opportunities
- Support key priorities and initiatives from both Global and European leadership as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in technical product or project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Passion towards technology, sustainability, ideally with a focus on sustainability-focused payments
- Basic knowledge and experience of the payments and/or banking industry
- Experience of designing, developing and launching successful SaaS products and solutions is a plus
- Can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Passionate about transforming the payments industry and consumer behaviours
