**Xchanging Italy**, part of **DXC Technology group**, is looking for a **Technical Account**for managing delivery to one or more of our customers;

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a relationship of mutual trust with your customers, so that you are recognised as an authoritative and reliable partner;
- Role of focal point for assigned customers and identifying their business needs, which will be directed towards Xchanging solutions;
- Pursue and monitor the productivity and profitability of assigned customers;
- Contribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of Xchanging products, including by proposing innovative solutions;

**Requirements**:

- Degree in economics or proven technical knowledge related to the IT sector;
- Previous experience as a technical account manager with other software or service providers in the financial sector;
- Knowledge of the financial market and the world of asset management;

**Work location**:Milano (MI) with smart working possibility
