**The role**

**Customer Service Leadership**: Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support for patients and therapists, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.

**Process Improvement**: Implement innovative processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and align with company goals.

**Data-Driven Insights**: Leverage data to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through real-time reporting tools.

**Team Development**: Build and nurture a high-performing, diverse team through hiring, training, and fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
