Per importante azienda cliente leader nella produzione di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche per il settore Cosmetico Professionale e presente sul mercato internazionale da oltre 40 anni, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**INTERNATIONAL SALES & DISTRIBUTORS MANAGER**
**Posizione**:
- Contatto con i distributori locali al fine di monitorare le performance di vendita, incrementare i volumi di fatturato e adottare misure correttive utili a garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
- Negoziazione, definizione e rinnovo di accordi commerciali.
- Analisi dei mercati esteri al fine di comprendere le tendenze emergenti e identificare nuove opportunità di business.
- Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi internazionali.
- Analisi della concorrenza.
- Gestione e programmazione trasferte.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie economiche o affini.
- Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni nella mansione maturata preferibilmente all’interno del settore cosmetico / beauty / industriale.
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita la conoscenza di una seconda lingua).
- Ottime competenze analitiche.
- Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione.
- Disponibilità a trasferte per un 60/70% del tempo.
