What you'll do:
You will join the Business Development Strategy team, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in the definition of the overall business development strategy roadmap by assessing and evaluating opportunities, as well as analyzing Sisal's business and capabilities to address them. This will involve identifying gaps and developing strategies to bridge them, both through organic growth and external partnerships
- Assisting the Chief Strategy Officer in Sisal Group's mergers and acquisitions by providing a preliminary analysis of the strategic sense, potential synergies in terms of revenue and cost, as well as assessing liabilities and risks.
- Monitoring country profiles and market shifts, and determining appropriate actions to be taken. This includes keeping track of changes made by competitors and analyzing their impact on Sisal's strategy.

Who you are:
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Consultancy Firms.

You hold a degree in Economic Sciences or Management Engineering.

You possess excellent English language skills.

You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined.

You have experience in managing people, working in a team, and creating projects.

Preferably, you also have:
An MBA degree.

A willingness to frequently travel abroad.
