POSITION

During this internship you will support the Internal Control Department in Milan in all the activities related to the function. In particular, you will be involved in the following activities:

- Support in performing assessment of controls and testing activities:

- walkthrough of processes and controls
- analysis of documentation
- presentation of results
- Support in data mining and analysis
- Support in drafting and reviewing procedures and guidelines
- Support in implementing IT tools and platforms
- Support in performing due diligence activities on third parties

PROFILE

**Skills and abilities required**:

- Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- Previous internship experience in internal control, internal audit, compliance functions and/or consulting firms is considered a plus
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Results and business orientation, good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills
- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility
