Internal Control Manager

**Position**:
The Internal Control Manager will support the team in establishing control over the most crucial processes and in verifying their effectiveness across Loro Piana. In collaboration with the LVMH Internal Control Department, the resource is involved in the continuous alignment with Group requirements and projects.

**Job responsibilities**:
In partnership with the other members of the team, the resource will:

- Provide controls over the most critical processes steps (i.e. retail, inventory, accounting, general compliance) in line with the Group Internal Control framework;
- Perform Audit tests according to the Group and to the company audit programs and to specific business needs, to verify the coherent adoption of the framework, sharing results with the processes/controls owners and following-up on pending weaknesses;
- Develop and update the Risk Assessment, supporting the Top Management in the identification of key risks and mitigating actions;
- Collaborate at developing and reviewing policies and procedures;
- Lead at implementing projects in different areas of the organization;
- Implement controls relating to Ethics & Compliance (including the “D.Lgs 231” control system) and verify their accurate adoption and effectiveness, in co-ownership with other involved Functions;
- Coordinate the activities (organization and execution) in case of Group Internal Audit assignments and/or other external Audits, as well as the internal management response process, ensuring an accurate monitoring of the implementation and execution of the identified remediation plans (HQ & Subsidiaries level);
- Support the development of internal control culture and knowledge within the organization.

**Profile**:

- University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management Engineering;
- At least 7 years of work experience in Audit and/or Internal Control (past experience in Luxury Goods market and international groups is considered a plus);
- Strong financial background (good knowledge of IFRS environment) and business and process orientation, relevant experience in retail and/or manufacturing field;
- Excellent project management and communications skills, multifaceted, proactive approach and team-working attitude;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
- Proficient Italian and English, both spoken and written.
