Within Banca Generali Company, the Sales Department has the main task of coordinating and supporting sales activity of the Banca Generali Financial Advisors Network, providing support in terms of business analysis, commercial reporting, communication and deployment of sales-oriented projects

The person will support the Business Analysis & Commercial Project _U_nit _in all the following activities:

- Perform excel analysis, focusing on sales activity and business monitoring
- Drafting of powerpoint documents, for periodical sales meeting with top management and Sales Network Managers
- Interact with Financial Advisors Network Managers, providing support and guidance on specific business topics and matters
- Proactively being involved in several sales projects, aiming at ensuring effective and smooth roll-out and deployment on Sales Network
- M.Sc. in Management Engineering or Economics
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Institutions
- Advanced Use MS Powerpoint and Excel tools
- Fluent English
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Good Knowledge of wealth Management products
- Understanding of and experience with Wealth Management business
- Proactively identifying and delivering improvements to processes

- Enthusiastic, well organized and team player
- Good communication skills, written and verbal, within and outside the team
