**#ELC Trade Marketing Coordinator**
Trade Marketing is the accelerator of the marketing experience for our Clients. The goals of this team is to “_make the dream come true_” for all the activations.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the trade plans construction in partnership with the Trade Marketing Manager with the aim of driving, create and enhance relationships with key partners. You will also collaborate with different teams, being the spokesperson for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Performance Areas
- Build strong relationships with key partners to adapt marketing plans according to the brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments;
- Define and execute the analysis of Trade activities in order to define and implement corrective actions;
- Cooperate with all the corporate functions, mainly Sales and Visual Merchandising, by working closely with agencies and suppliers;
- Supervise the steps of all the process of production and supplying of Trade materials.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Marketing or Equivalent;
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a Beauty or Luxury Company;
- Passionate about the Beauty world;
- Expertise with working on different projects at the same time with great attention to retro planning in order to respect time to market;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
